All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are accepted but cannot be guaranteed immediate service. Couple suite and Four-Hand massage require pre-booking.

We request at least 2 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. No-shows without prior notice may affect future booking priority.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform the therapist of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or recent surgeries before the treatment begins. Relax Mind Thai Spa cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions if medical conditions are not disclosed.

We maintain a strict professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior, requests, or misconduct towards our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and the individual will be banned from future visits.

Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on duration, therapist level, and add-ons selected. Promotional offers are subject to change without notice and cannot be combined unless stated.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, displays inappropriate behavior, or poses a health or safety risk to our staff.

Relax Mind Thai Spa is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings on the premises. Clients are advised to leave valuables at home or lock them in the provided storage.
